Meer is named after his creator Karen Meer who designed and made him. He is 4 inches tall. He has a shaped face with a little nose and nicely made mouth. His hair is made of individually hand sewn glass beads. He has checkered trousers and gold shoes trimmed with a bead. He holds a top hat and is ready for a night on the town.
